This area is a large green field located between the Student Union and UCF Arena. It is primarily reserved for outdoor concerts, and events.

SAFE Forms/ Regulations

For events schedules at the Memory Mall, a SAFE Form is required. A completed safe form must be submitted to the Office of Student Involvement online no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the event. You may obtain the SAFE Form online at: http://safe.sdes.ucf.edu/

The Student Union does not provide any furniture, fixtures, or equipment at the Memory Mall. All event needs must be obtained from an outside company at your expense.

For power, water, sprinkler, fountain requests, and trash removal, you will need to submit a work order to UCF Facilities and Safety – Physical Plant via online at http://www.pp.ucf.edu/forms/workorderpage.htm. These services are separate from your reservation and may incur charges to your department or organization.

The University Amplified Sounds Policy does not include coverage at this location. You will need to confirm that your event will not create conflict with this policy or your organization could face penalties up to and including noise violation fees. Please review the policy for more information at: http://www.ucfsu.com/images/Sound_Policies.pdf

Fees will be assessed if any damages are incurred during your event. Please contact the UCF Landscape/Physical Plant to arrange for trash removal should your event is large enough to require such services.

Staked tents as well as vehicles driven onto these areas are not permitted.
