The Student Union is home to a wide selection of rooms that are available for student organization events and club meetings. Read up on our frequently asked questions and find out how you can reserve a room for your next event.

The Student Union’s outdoor patio is the ultimate marketplace – an environment at the heart of campus that sees heavy foot traffic from the majority of UCF’s student population. Patio tables are available for reservation by any registered student organization, allowing you to reach thousands of students a day with information about your club or organization. Room reservations can be made in advance but is dependant on the client category you fall under. Please refer to the following guidelines:

Student Union Meeting Space

  • RSO’s can book large scale events and banquets one year in advance, from the current semester.
  • RSO’s can book weekly meetings 1 week prior to the semester start
  • Departments can book two years out
  • Agencies and public clients can book three years out

Student Union Patio Space
RSO’s, departments, and agencies can book patio space (tabling and stage reservations) 1 week prior to the semester start

Ferrell Auditorium
RSO’s, departments, and agencies can book Ferrell Auditorium after add/drop week ends for the semester they are requesting
