Tents may be utilized by Registered Student Organizations only. Tents may be reserved for seven (7) consecutive days per reservation.
Reservations will be accepted 7 days prior to the beginning of the Fall and Spring Semesters.
A staff member will review your request and contact you regarding the availability and/or status of your request. If you wish to check on the status of your reservation please email unionres@ucf.edu .
Tents will be available for pickup at the Information Desk by the start time of your reservation. Please return the tent to the Information Desk by your reservation end time. By reserving a tent your organization will be taking responsibility for any damage incurred and any possible fees associated with the repairs. Please inspect the tent and report any damages to the Information Desk.
No Show Policy: A $25.00 fee will be assessed for tents reserved and unutilized. Cancellations must occur at least three (3) business days prior to the reservation.
Late Return Fee: Tents not returned by the listed reservation end time will be assessed a $25.00 per tent, per day fee.
