Reservations for Patio Space will be accepted 7 days prior to the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters.
RSO’s who have a Patio Space reservation are expected to stay within the South Patio area within Pegasus Circle. Patio tables along with all other reservable equipment is to remain within the Student Union controlled areas.
Patio Table reservations include a 6′x30″ table and two chairs per space. No sales may take place unless a Market Day Table is scheduled with the Student Union Event Services Office. Market Day tables are available on Wednesdays only and will incur fees.
Patio Stage Requests
Patio Stage reservations can be booked Monday-Friday. RSO’s are allowed 4 bookings per semester. The UCF Sound Policy permits amplified sound between the hours of 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. If you would like to have amplified sound, please request equipment below. If you need any other equipment other than listed below, your organization will be responsible for bringing that equipment.
An event planner will review your request and contact you regarding the availability and/or status of your request.
